- An invention is something brand new that no one has thought of before. An innovation is when someone adds something or makes the invention better.
- Major factors include the inclusion of suspension on the frame and fork, larger knobby tires, more durable heavy duty wheels, more powerful brakes, and lower gear ratios needed for steep grades with poor traction.
- Things didn't change or get updates as fast as they do now. Technology is speeding so changes are made faster and sooner.
- I predict mountain bikes or bikes in general will become more useful and even more powerful and light-weight.
